A women group in Division 35 in Firestone Liberia Plantation in Margibi County has lauded one of the 2017 representative candidates for providing them the opportunity to acquire trade knowledge.

Following a four month intensive training in Division 35 in Firestone, Gayflor Foundation Vocational Skills Training Program over the weekend the graduated in three disciplines including baking, soap making and hair dressing in Division #35 Margibi County.
The women some of whom are mothers of eight children told this paper that they resided in Firestone for several years with no vocational skills that could be used by them to help their partners and children at home.
Mary Kweni, mother of eight children who also graduated from baking department said her current career will in the future enable her help her husband in the home financially and send their children to school.
“I feel fine that it will able help me tomorrow in the future for my children them that I can able to sell that bread I pay their school fee inside and help myself and also help my husband inside.
The lady explained that before acquiring the skill, she used to wash Firestone cup but the company took away the job from them, adding that through the God of Alexander Tarnue Gayflor has blessed them with skill set.
Madam Kweni indicated that she and the children have been surviving by the grace of God because her husband’s salary cannot sustain them for a single month. She promised to utilize her skill to be able to keep her children in school and help her husband.
In separate comments, graduates Garmai Kay and Bayo Sumo said what Mr. Gayflor has offered them will go a long way, and as such he deserves commendation on grounds that he brought in trained people to pass knowledge over to them.
The two graduates called on Gayflor to help empower the three different groups with materials in order to start work rather than sitting at home all day long.
Responding to the graduates, the chief executive officer and founder of the Gayflor Foundation Vocational Skills Training Program said with the little he has, he will empower the various groups with needed materials to keep working.
He used the occasion to call on the graduates to vote him on October 10, 2017 as next person to represent district #3 to enable him will supply them with the needed resources.
The Gayflor’s Foundation Vocational Skills Training Program was established by Alexander Tarnue Gayflor who is vying for the representative seat in Margibi County electoral district #3.
