From the very inception, the Vice President position has been made to believe that Amb JOSEPH NYUMA. BOAKAI, SR does not speak openly either critically on issues of national concern. But Amb. Boakai has turned different from understanding and perceived perspectives. We know him to be quiet given his position. After all, that is not his life. By that, everyone deeply believes “Oldman Joe” to be soft. Why are we seeing a different posture from a little known talker- the Vice President now - than 11 years ago, if not 36 years of his public life?

I was a volunteer member of the Kings Sierra Leone Partnership, dedicated to supporting the development of clinical services and both undergraduate and postgraduate education.
